Reel Creations Cover-Up/Effects Palette Kit is the most versitile palette in the Reel Palette collection! Create bruises, black eyes, cuts, etc. as well as cover-up tattoos, bruises, scars, and more! Reel Color Palettes are activated with Reel Developer or 99% Alcohol only. Simply drop a few drops into a color and activate the color with a brush or sponge to achieve your desired effect. Water-resistant, little to no touch-ups. Tips for Use: Apply to clean, dry skin, allow product to dry in between layers, for sweat or dewy skin effects, use glycerin, GP-20 and/or water (do not use oil), for longer lasting results, set with Blue Aqua Sealer.
