Optimal Length: All widths (18mm, 20mm & 22mm ) measure approximately 10.5 inches (270mm) in length not including the buckle and fit wrists from 5" to 8" in circumference. If band is initially longer than desired, fold free end neatly back into the keeper loop or cut to desired length. If trimmed, expose cut end to match or lighter flame to avoid fraying. Please be aware it is not suitable for watches with sensors.

Easy To Install: You can adjust the length or change the way you wear it. There are install instrctions on the images. Notice:If you failed to make the watch band go through the spring bars, please remove the bars first, press the band to the back and then install the spring bars.
