To measure your wrist use a flexible measure tape and wrap around the wrist to determine the size. If you do not have a measure tape, you can use a piece of paper or string and compare the size next to a ruler. The band will be sized to the requested and ordered size with a special tool. Every link on the band can be removed or added onto.
