The Tetra® Whisper® EX Power Filter for aquariums offers silent, multi-stage filtration for clean, clear water. The Tetra Whisper EX filter is designed to move your aquarium’s water continuously. The outflow maximizes water oxygenation while the motor operates silently. Unlike other filters, the Whisper EX directs water through multiple layers of floss to remove particles. The carbon inside eliminates odors, discoloration and impurities. The Bio-Scrubber removes ammonia and nitrates that are deadly to fish. Setup is fast and easy. The Whisper EX is ready to go right out of the box. Simply adjust the extension tube, place the filter in your aquarium and plug it in. The submerged motor begins filtering water immediately – no priming required. Keep your hands and floors dry with the cartridge carrier. Its round design minimizes dripping and makes cartridge changes cleaner and easier. Choose the Tetra Whisper EX Power Filter that fits the size of your tank, from 10 gallons to 70 gallons. This Tetra Whisper EX 70 filter works for tanks 45 to 70 gallons (340 GPH) and uses large Tetra Whisper EX Carbon Filter Cartridge refills.
