Add a hickory layer to your grilled favorites with Western Premium BBQ's Hickory Barbeque Smoking Wood Chips. These flavorful wood chips work extremely well with any charcoal, gas, or electric grill. This package includes 2 bags of hickory smoking chips. You're the barbeque master for a reason and adding these smoking chips will only add more depth to your savory meats. What's amazing about these chips is that they complement almost any meat of your choice. These chips bring out the best in grilling classics like burgers and wings, to more refined eats like sirloin and salmon. Using these 180-cubic inch wood chips is extremely easy. If you're using a gas grill, simply wrap the chips in foil or smoke box and place them on the grill prior to laying down your meats. Once the chips have started smoking, move them over to the side, and start cooking your meats. If you're using a charcoal grill, refrain from using lighter fluid if possible to retain the optimal hickory flavor. Then place a handful of chips on a smoke tray or foil pouch and put them on the hottest part of the grill. Once they've started to smoke, remove them to one side and you can tack on your meats.
