The heavyweight dividers are bound book-style so it's easy to open to the desired section. Each section expands to 1-3/8". The divider tabs are poly-reinforced to withstand heavy use and holes in the dividers help locate papers remaining in the file. White dividers are printed in black ink on front and back sides of tab.
