1.Preheat iron to cotton setting(180 degrees,no steam)2. Peel off letters or cut letters(pattern) out and place them backing-side up on your fabric.3. If you have peel off letters(pattern),then please put a press cloth (or a tea towel) on top and then iron on high.(cut letters, no need)4.Press firmly with iron for 25-30 seconds,making sure to iron the corners and edges of letter5.Allow letter to cool for 30-40 seconds.Then tear off the paper(film)Note:If not glue strong enough, please close film and iron again
