Shoe Fit Scale: Grade 2.• inov-8® shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold.• Graded on a scale of 1-5, Grade 1 represents the closest, most precise fit. Grade 5 has the widest fitting toe box. Heel/Toe: 9 mm/6 mm. One-piece Cordura® upper provides added durability, breathability, and comfort with minimal seams. MET-CRADLE™ technology is built into the laces for a snug, secure, adjustable fit. Lace-up closure. Padded tongue and collar. Breathable textile lining offers a great in-shoe feel. Removable 6mm footbed. EXTEROFLOW™ midsole reduces shock impact and delivers high levels of underfoot cushioning. ROPE-TEC™ rubber outsole wraps around to the upper for maximum grip during rope climbs. Sticky rubber compound strategically-placed in high-impact areas of the outsole delivers secure foot placement.
