About First Landings Baby Wrap | Set Of 3 Premium Knit
The Problem: Being newborn photographers ourselves, we were completely dissatisfied with the existing supply of blankets and wraps on Amazon & Etsy. Nearly all of the wraps were too small, made of super thin material, rough on our newborns’ sensitive skin and completely see-through. Inspired to create something better, at an affordable price, we set out to design a set of wraps that addressed all of those shortcomings. Our Solution: After months of testing different fabrics, styles and designs, we finally arrived at the perfect solution: a custom, knitted fabric made from a blend of rayon and polyester fibers. Rayon is a natural-based material with a silk-like composition best known for its ultra-soft feel and breathability. Further, Rayon pairs well with polyester, a highly durable, strong yet lightweight fabric that retains its shape very well. Combined, these two fibers create the perfect blend for the lightweight, wrinkle-resistant wraps we have today! Soon after finishing the first sample, we realized these wraps were more than just a cute photo prop. In fact, customers rave about the lightweight, breathability of the fabric and often use them as bedtime blankets, carseat, stroller and nursery coverings, tummy time blankets, coverings for diaper changing pads and even as fill-in burp clothes! Moreover, the presentation of the wraps, complete with a shrink wrapped custom box and twine ribbon wrapping, makes it an ideal baby registry addition or gift to any new parent. Wrap Size: Approximately 16 x 64 inches. Care Instructions: The best way to care for your wraps is to gently machine wash in tepid water (never hot) using a mild detergent or baby shampoo. Place wraps in a linen bag for added protection. Then simply lay flat on a towel to dry.
