When you receive the cutter.The first step is to remove the blade and see if there is aluminum scrap in the sipe and then reinstall it. Be careful with sharp blades. The second step,Reconnect the workbench to the head of the cutter.There are a total of four bolts, two of which are longer bolts that are screwed onto the aluminum base.Do not tighten, screw all four bolts onto the opposite workbench, and then all tighten. If you tighten the bolts at first, it is possible that the head of the cutter and the work table are misaligned. Reloading bolts at the next step cannot be adjusted. In the third step, attach the handle to the eccentric base,. the handle is locked on the blade base. Don't worry, press down on the handle, hook the hook on the blade base, and tighten the high head bolt. Look again, is the base under the blade adjusted?
