Special Notes For MacBook Pro/ IMAC/ Mac mini users: 1. If you are using 5500,5600,5700 XT AMD Navi graphic card: Make sure MacOS had been updated to 10.15.6 or above. 2. If you intent to run Windows 10 in MacBook which is called “ Bootcamp “ this is not a native Windows 10 OS. Any EGPU is not compatible with “ Bootcamp “ officially. However, there are various methods to make it work but simply not just hot plug & play. Visit egpu.io to get more information regarding Bootcamp + EGPU. eGPU is functional WHILE CONNECTING to a Thunderbolt 3 laptop. It will look suspend/ sleep mode if not hook to a Thunderbolt laptop. Please do not return by PSU fan not spinning. ( PSU fan is with fan start-stop design, it will spin while the thermal reached to 55 degree )
