Lockwood full height non-insulated economy mobile proofing and holding cabinet. It has indoor digital thermometer. Easy to use heat unit with separate temperature and humidity controls. Blower fan and pan stop provide uniform heat distribution throughout cabinet. Furnished with 16 pair of 1-1/2-inches pan supports. It will accommodate up to 16 pans on 3-1/4-inches center spacing. Removable heat unit for easy maintenance and repair includes exterior mounted controls, digital thermometer in face of heat unit, temperature adjustable to approximately 160 degrees F, separate temperature and humidity controls, electrical: 120 volt, 15 amp circuit, 1500 watts, 60 cycle, single phase, 8-feet cord with 3-prong plug. 4 5-inches x 1-1/4-inches polyurethane swivel casters, 2 with brakes. NSF Approved. UL listed. It has right hand hinge.
