This Joe Morrell Pro Series Lap Steel is made of solid maple for added sustain over other woods. It has a slotted headstock and upward facing tuners for easier tuning adjustments and tuning changed on the fly! This 8 string version has a Kent Armstrong Stinger 7 single coil Alnico V pickup. This epoxy design has a 2 core lead and is wound just slightly hotter than vintage to have a smooth warm single coil tone. As with all Morrell Lap Steel Guitar models, the Joe Morrell Pro Series is handcrafted in the USA!
