(7 mm) diameter hardened steel shackle for superior cut resistance. A yellow, weather resistant thermoplastic cover provides protection against environmental elements such as moisture, dirt & grim. Dual ball bearings locking for maximum pry resistance and a non-rekeyable 4-pin W1 cylinder offers strong pick resistance.
