HOW TO USE - Press the bottom of the bulb (not the side of the bulb) to expel the air within the item. Keep the bulb pressed and gently place the tip of the bulb into the nostril or ear. Remove the thumb to suck of the mucus into the bulb. Squeeze the bulb from the bottom to expel the mucus.
