About Milton S-1163-6 1/2" FRL Modular 3 Way Lockout Valve
Venturi nozzles have small holes that allow the discharge to draw in outside air, which multiplies the CFM output. As air passes through a constricted Section such as the end of this Venturi air Multiplier, the pressure decreases and the Velocity increases. Outside ambient air is pulled in, eliminating the need to turn the pressure of the air compressor higher, reducing energy costs.
