About Wesco 272986 Pallet Leveler/Positioner, 4500 Lbs
The Wesco 272986 pallet leveler/positioner has a rotating carousel atop a steel frame and is suitable for supporting a pallet for loading or unloading. Steel resists wear and corrosion. Three calibrated springs lower the carousel as the pallet is loaded and raise the carousel as the pallet is unloaded. The leveler has fork pockets for moving it using a pallet truck (sold separately). This pallet leveler/positioner weighs 354 lb., has a load capacity of 400 to 4,500 lb., and accepts loads measuring up to 72 x 50 x 50 inches (H x W x L). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It has a service range of 9.25 to 29 inches high. The carousel measures 40.75" in diameter. The frame measures 45-1/2 x 36 inches (L x W). Each fork pocket measures 39 x 5.75 inches (L x W).Pallet trucks, also known as pallet jacks, skid jacks, and pump trucks, are used to lift and transport pallets or skids of goods.
