The powerful Atr480 payroll recorder totals hours, including overtime totals, for up to 50 employees. Easy and accurate payroll preparation as well as easy setup. This affordable time and attendance solution totals the number of hours that employees have worked. No need to spend time calculating hours by hand; employee hours are totaled automatically. Break time is automatically deducted and two-color printing makes early and late punches easy to identify. Supports weekly, bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly or monthly pay periods or you can choose a job-costing option. Automatic card positioning for easy printing. Print alignment is adjustable for fine-tuning. Prints in AM/PM or military time. Choose between minutes or hundredths. Optional two-color printing for easy identification of early/late punches. Built-in programmable buzzer to notify employees of shift/break start and stop times. Internal battery to maintain accurate time and allow employees to clock in and out even during a power outage. Clock programming can be optionally password-protected for added security. Clock case secured with lock and key to prevent tampering. Dot-matrix print head produces clear, easy-to-read imprints.
