Lightweight Yaktrax Summit cleats weigh just 17 ounces, making it easy to throw them in a pack to be prepared for whatever trail conditions the weather serves. Summit’s triangular carbon steel spikes bite into packed snow and ice, providing superior grip. Featuring the patented Boa closure system, the Summit offers a customized fit that is both comfortable and secure. The Boa closure system is intuitive and easy to use, with a closure design utilizing steel lace, nylon guides, and a mechanical reel. The Boa system was designed to address the many deficiencies of traditional closures. Summit Cleats also feature segmented sole plates that flex with the foot to prevent snow build up. Durable natural rubber outer bands and welded stainless steel chain links ensure Summit Traction Cleats will last for many winters to come. Yaktrax Summit Traction Cleats are available in sizes to fit most footwear: Small (fits W6.5-10, M5-8.5); Medium (fits W10.5-12.5, M9-11); Large (fits W13-15, M11.5-13.5); X-Large (fits W15.5+, M 14+). For oversized footwear such as insulated winter boots, Yaktrax recommends purchasing one size larger than your normal shoe size.
