About ABN 2in T27 80 Grit High Density Zirconia Alumina
If you need to clean up welds or remove blemishes on your project, use the ABN 2-Inch Flap Sanding Disc 80 Grit 10-Pack on any carbon or mild steel flat surface. These flapper wheels for grinder are a blend of zirconia and aluminum oxide grain to allow the sanding flap discs to self-sharpen for a more powerful, abrasive cut on carbon and mild steel applications. The one-sided flapper wheel is made of resin fiber with a fiberglass backing plate to absorb vibrations without smudges or smears during use. They are semi-open to reduce loading on aluminum surfaces and have a 2-inch overall diameter x 1/4-inch arbor shoulder mandrel to fit standard 2-inch angle grinders. Avoid forcefully pushing down on flap wheels to prevent wear or damage. 12,000 to 14,000 RPM maximum speed.
