18 Gauge Nose Bone Nose Piercing with Bezel Set Synthetic Opal 18g/8mm length/3mm opal Made of stainless steel, this nose ring is shaped in the style of a nose "bone". The end of the nose piercing is just barely larger than the actual size of the piercing- large enough to where it requires pressure to push in, but not large enough to cause discomfort. It's this slightly enlarged end of the nose bone piercings that keep the nose piercings from falling out of the nostril, keeping it safely where it's supposed to be.
