The Jendyk Mack King Pin Removal Kit makes working on your Mack easier. With it you can easily remove and install Mack kingpin caps(adjusting screws) on 10, 500, 12, 000, 16, 000, 18, 000, and 20, 000 lb. axles with a pneumatic impact gun. And you can repair the internal threads in housing bores of corresponding diameters with your breaker bar or ratchet instead of having to use a machine tool tap not commonly found in the truck servicing garage. The new cross design of the king pin cap tool greatly reduces camming or "walking" action and allows for the use of a high-torque pneumatic impact gun while installing or removing king pin cap, saving time, money and energy. The thread chasers have leading threads near each end face for reversibility, so it's easy to repair internal threads and save the spindle assembly. The patented design, heat treating, and plating process extend the longevity of the tools in this kit.
