The reference codes 912645 and 912646 can be used to identify the models that may be affected. However, this issue affects only Babycook Neos purchased between July 2018 and February 2019 in the United States and Canada. The reference codes is only a part number (it determines the color of the unit). The Neo's being sold currently have a new and improved glass bowl that was designed for increased strength and resilience.
