Set up two small containers, fill one container with hot water and one with cold water 2. Insert narrow end of the blue plastic handle into the gap breath hole of the mouthpiece 3. Submerge mouthpiece in the hot water container for 15-25 seconds then remove using the plastic blue handle 4. Shake off excess water and let cool for 15 seconds 5. Insert mouthpiece into mouth. Adjust for a comfortable fit then bite down on the mouthpiece. Press around your mouth and cheeks to get a good mold impression 6. Remove mouthpiece and submerge it in the container with cold water for 1 minute to set the mold 7. Remove mouthpiece from the cold water and remove the blue plastic handle. Test out the mouthpiece. If you are not satisfied with the mold, repeat the steps until you get a comfortable fit
