This is the most common Okin bed actuator for beds that use a wired hand control, and this kit includes both the Okimat actuator . This actuator has two sections, one for the head and one for the foot. It has a power cord that plugs into the wall, and a five (5) pin female socket that the hand control plugs into. PLEASE NOTE: the motor itself is designed for a hand control that has a cord; it is not designed for adjustable beds with wireless controls.
