Swimming: Remove insert and use shell only. Potty Training: Remove insert when your child is ready for training, thin sewn-in soaker will absorb small accidents. Add insert when you don't have an opportunity to train your child (away from home,car rides). ADJUST ABSORBENCY: Cloth diaper is intended for 2-3 hour use with attached insert with a possibility to add more absorbency if you need it.
