Product Description Built for a variety of worksites, Oliver 45 Series 8" Leather Composite Toe Waterproof Men's Metatarsal Boots feature a waterproof membrane for advanced weather protection. These men's work boots are equipped with an all-terrain outsole and include the patented XRD metatarsal guard that can absorb up to 90% of an impact's force time after time. Crafted for all-day comfort, these composite toe boots are finished with a soft, shock-absorbing midsole and padded collar and tongue for extended comfort on the job. Our 8", Waterproof, Protective Toe, Lace up Leather Safety Boot features an all terrain TPU soling technology consists of a lightweight, shock absorbing, low-density polyurethane (PU) midsole and a high-density, hard wearing thermoplastic urethane (TPU) outsole which is long lasting and resistant to mineral and organic oils and acids, and resistant to cuts, splits and cracks. The TPU Outsole is heat-resistant to 266 Degree F (130 Degree C) surface contact, is excellent for slip resistance, and is electrical resistant. It's NATUREform hi-impact composite, non-metallic toe cap offers a wide profile shape to accommodate the natural toe-spread when walking and flexing - while the TECtuff toe bumper protects leather in high abrasion areas for longer boot life. The water-resistant, full grain leather upper, is fully lined with a SYMPATEX waterproof liner and membrane and the boot collar is padded for extra comfort. It includes a lace-locking device makes lacing up easier by holding laces while tightening for a custom fit. Our COMFORTcushion uses a combination of cellular urethane and PORON to protect the heel and ball of the foot. The impact absorption helps to reduce foot, leg and lower back fatigue. The PORON XRD, extreme impact protection, metatarsal guard is soft and flexible for greater comfort and hardens upon impact for great protection.
