The 2011-S set includes (5) Washington quarters honoring: Gettysburg National Military Park Glacier National Park Olympic National Park Vicksburg National Military Park Chickasaw National Recreation AreaFollowing up on the popularity of the 50 State Quarters Program, Congress authorized the production of new circulating commemorative quarters that will honor a site of "natural or historic significance" from each of the 50 states, 5 U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. Five designs will be released each year, in the order the coins' featured locations were designated national parks or national sites.
