About Hand2mind VersaTiles Physical Science Grade 8

The VersaTiles Physical Science student activity books, which can be used with VersaTiles answer cases (not included), are available for a variety of levels and grades, and have self-correcting National Science Education (NSE) standards-based activities, including reading passages, diagrams, graphs, and tables to teach key concepts. Activity books are used by teachers and students in classroom and homeschool settings for educational and research applications in science, math, and a variety of additional disciplines. These physical science activity books emphasize scientific process, and introduce important science concepts, notable scientists, and fundamental science vocabulary. Self-correcting activities allow assessment of student understanding. The activity books are color-illustrated. VersaTiles are a self-correcting practice system that engages students with the challenge of a puzzle, while reinforcing important skills and concepts. Activities are organized by grade level and subject and work well for independent practice, work stations, and for whole-class learning. These activities tailor instruction to meet a variety of abilities and learning styles, and support independent work at student’s own pace. They can be integrated with other curriculum. This set contains 5 copies of physical science activity books for grade 8. Science education products incorporate applied math and science principles into classroom projects. Teachers in pre-K, elementary, and secondary classrooms use science education kits and products alongside science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum to demonstrate STEM concepts and real-world applications through hands-on activities. Science education projects include a broad range of activities, such as practical experiments in engineering, aeronautics, robotics, energy, chemistry, physics, biology, and geology.
