Accurately measure frothed milk, hot beverages and more with Taylor’s 8” Bi-Therm Pocket Dial Probe Thermometer. thermometer measures temperatures from 0°F to 220°F (-10°C to 110°C) with a degree division of 2°F. The 8215N thermometer has a 3 point calibration for accuracy across the entire range. The anti-parallax dial design and high visibility graphics paired with a bright red pointer allow for easy readability from various angles. The 7 ¾” stainless steel stem easily attaches the side of frothing cups and tall walled pots with an adjustable pan clip. This thermometer features a watertight and shatterproof plastic lens, durable stainless steel construction and is NSF Listed.
