You are welcome to mail in additional tapes, which will be billed at $10/each. 2) Ship your tapes using the provided pre-paid mailing label to: Lotus Media 4304 Lake Washington Blvd SE Bellevue, WA 98006 3) We'll be in touch when your tapes are ready. Standard processing time is about 10 business days, and we offer Rush Processing for an extra $3 per tape if you would like the tape processed in 2-3 business days. 4) When your order is ready, we’ll email you with a Google Drive folder URL containing the MP4 file(s). The folder will be live for 30 days, during which time we suggest you download the file to your machine for long-term storage. 5) If you would would like the tape(s) returned, we offer two options 1. Economy Return Shipping for $5 base + .50 for each additional tape. (for example: 10 tapes $10, 25 tapes $12.50) 2. Priority Return Shipping for $10 base + $1 per tape. All media designated for recycling is retained for 30 days just in case.
