About the Author Since 1979, Randall has combined his love of wilderness and adventure sports with his passion for photography. His intimate knowledge of the landscapes and sports that he photographs allows him to find the intersections of magical light and stunning subject matter that produce exceptional images. Randalls landscape photographs are an authentic record of his backcountry experiences. They are not enhanced digitally or in the darkroom. At age 48, Randall has accumulated 750 photographic credits, including 50 covers, and has sold over 9,000 prints. His work has been published in calendars produced by Audobon, Avalanche, Barnes & Noble, Brown Trout, and Sierra Club. He has also been published in more than 50 magazines, including Outdoor Photographer, National Geographic Adventure, and Petersens Photographic. His first book of landscape photographs, Rocky Mountain National Park Impressions , was published in 2004 by Farcountry Press.
