He proudly grew up in West Memphis, AR with a strong love for basketball, sports, and the outdoors. After attending Arkansas State University for his undergraduate study in Zoology, he was accepted into the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. In 1998, Rhoads graduated with his degree of Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He has been in private practice in his hometown of West Memphis for over 20 years. After going through several life struggles that many go through, Rhoads developed a strong desire and passion for motivating those who came across his path. His "Rise up from the Ashes" mentality led him to eventually write his first book "The Sweet Life...The Missing Peace to Living A Fearless Sweet Life. When not practicing dentistry or writing, Rhoads loves fishing, painting, traveling, and spending time with his family.
