Each VACOped Achilles Injury/Fracture Orthosis Boot comes with one adjustment key, one vacuum relief insert with Bulb Pump, one removable cloth liner, one detachable Rocker Sole, and one detachable 15° Achilles Wedge Sole. If you are in between sizes we generally recommend that you choose the smaller size, however, this varies by patient.
