Along with these natural oils, our Cedarsole inserts have perforated holes, which allows air to flow around your feet, cutting down on added perspiration. They also absorb moisture from inside the shoe which enhances shoe life! Right from the start you will notice how comfortable the Cedarsole insert is against your foot. Ultra-light and flexible, it will form to your foot within a few hours of wear. The anti-slide covering ensures a perfect fit in every shoe. The inserts can be worn in shoes, sandals, and high heels ensuring comfort with or without socks! Tips and Care: With a simple twisting motion and arch to the widest point, the Cedarsole insert slides easily into your shoe. Make sure the wood is against your foot. Insert can be easily trimmed with scissors to fit any shaped sole or if the insert is too long. Small cracks in the seams may appear after prolong wear. This is normal due to the structure of wood and should not cause any discomfort. Inserts can be worn up to 3 months before needing to be replaced. The Cedarsole can be cleaned with a damp cloth when necessary and let dry at room temperature.
