Install the Red ball clip to the positive (+) terminal on your 12 volt battery. 2.) Install the Black ball clip to the negative(-) terminal on your 12 volt battery 3.) Plug in your 12 volts adapter to DESULFATOR input (DO NOT PLUG IN ADAPTER BEFORE CONNECT TO BATTERY, IT WILL DAMAGE THE UNIT) 4.) Verify that the red LED is on, you might also be able to hear a "buzzing" noise. If use volt meter the reading will be higher than normal, do to the high spike pulse. 5.) The best results for recovery will occur within the first weeks. If left connected longer, desulfating will continue but at a slower pace.
