The iPower digital heat mat thermostat controller is ideal for gardeners to select and maintain optimum temperature for faster seeding or cutting growth in a tray or dome. It can be used in family brewing to maintain desired fermentation temperature, and perfect for temperature control in reptile terrariums and small pet enclosures. This digital heat mat thermostat controller is compatible with all heat mats but it is optimized for iPower seedling heat mats. Features: 1. Temperature setting range: 40°F - 108°F (5°C - 42°C), temperature display range: 32°F -140°F (0°C - 60°C)2. Celsius or Fahrenheit readout3. Specs: 120 Volts / 8 Max Amps / 60 HZ / 1000 Watts4. CETL certification proves that this product complies with widely accepted safety standards6. 1 Year Manufacturer Setup Instructions: 1. Place the probe into the rooting area about 1""- 1-1/2""2. Put thermostat up and keep it away from seedling trays and stray water3. Plug heat mat into thermostat controller4. Plug in thermostat power cord and set maximum desired temperature5. Heat mat thermostat can also be used to control the temperature of many other appliances as long as they don't exceed the maximum electrical specifications stated above. Simply place the sensor in the area where the temperature needs to be controlled and plug the appliance into thermostat, then set the desired temperature. WARNING: DO NOT SUBMERGE THE HEAT MAT THERMOSTAT OR PROBE! Temperature Setting Process: 1. To display in Celsius, Press and Hold "DOWN" button for 3 seconds2. To display temperature in Fahrenheit, Press and Hold "UP" button for 3 seconds3. To adjust the temperature setting, Press and Hold "SET" button for 3 seconds to enter the temperature selection mode. Press the " UP" or "DOWN" button to adjust the temperature that you want to set. Then Press "SET" button again to confirm the settled temperature. Press "SET" button to display the preset temperature4. When the unit is plugged into an electrical outlet, the "POWER" LED becomes lit, the heat on only when the "HEATING" LED is lighted. When the preset temperature is reached, the "HEATING" LED will turn off and there is no power to the heat mat NOTE: Please note that the controller can only be used to power off heating equipment at setting temperature and does not increase the heating power of the heating equipment. Abnormal Warning: If thermostat shows "E1", it means that the actual temperature is lower than 0°C or 32°F. If thermostat shows "E2", it means that the actual temperature is higher than 60°C or 108°F. If thermostat shows "E3", it means that the temperature sensor is not working properly. Please re-install the sensor.
