MIIDII rubber soling sheet for re-sole shoe soles or heels. HOW TO USE 1. Place the shoe on the sole sheet, use a pen to mark the shape of the shoe sole. 2. Cut the sheet along with the marks. 3. Clean the shoe sole with a dry cloth, sand both surfaces you want to glue until it's a little bit rough to get the best bond. 4. Apply shoe goo to both the shoe sole and the sheet, press hard for a while, and then clamp it with rubber bands or clamps. 5. Wait for 24hrs, and then trim the extra parts of the edges.
