Featuring two unique surface types, the Body Solid Tools Dogbone Grip (BSTDB) offers athletes new ways to increase grip strength, a crucial element that is often overlooked in strength training. These training grips are constructed with a red non-slip matte finish, sturdy carabiner, and durable nylon strap. Attach them to a pull-up bar to perform pull-ups and chin-ups that focus on grip strength, or link them to dumbbells, barbells, home gyms, cable crossovers, and other cable machines to perform farmer’s walks and other exercises to further strengthen your grip. Use the flat handle in the center of the grip for easier exercises or challenge yourself with the spherical balls on each end. For added grip strength training, use the Dogbone Grip in conjunction with the Body-Solid Cannonball Grips (BSTCB) and Nunchuck Grip (BSTNG).
