BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: 1.It is advisable to warm the beaker with warm/hot(not boiling)water. 2.Grind 56g to a coarse consistency with a quality burr grinder.We suggest 75g for every liter of water. This recipe makes 750ml (8 Cup press). 3.Place grounds in to press and pour 200g(200ml)of water off-boil,into the press.Stir and wait 30 seconds. 4.Add the remaining 550g(500ml)of heated water to the press and wait 4:00 minutes. 5.Stir just one more time and then spoon off the ground slurry floating on top of the press. 6.Holding the handle firmly,slowly(10-15 seconds),plunger the press screen to the bottom,If the filter clogs or it becomes difficult to push the plunge again. 7.Pour off and enjoy!Please note that coffee left in the press will continue to brew and become bitter.Any coffee that will not be consumed immediately should be poured off into another container to save.
