Frontier Co-op Senna Leaves are grown and harvested in India. These leaves are cut and sifted for use in various teas. You can add 1/2 a teaspoon of the leaves to 1 cup of boiling water & let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Mix with honey for a sweeter flavor.
