The blade shape facilitates the pulling cut. The scalloped edge allows better cutting. The blade slides with less friction through each cut material. This allows fatigue-free working and protects the cutting edge. Standard plastic handle made of particularly non-slip and pleasantly grippy material (TPE). The well-formed protective nose provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of slipping of the knife-guiding hand. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (in each case including all additions and in the version valid at the time of the declaration): Regulation (EU) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent food contact materials and articles) intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and repealing directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC, as amended. Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14.01.2011 relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.
