Each "City" size fermenting crock has a 2 Liter / 0.5 Gallon capacity, the ideal size for an individual or a couple or those with limited kitchen storage space, and includes two heavy ceramic full coverage weights that will help keep your fermenting foods submerged in the brine throughout the fermentation process.
