Do not use iodine based sanitizers. Bonstone may be used in hot or cold application. It is not recommended to use on a rapid boiling steam table as this may cause the Tile to warp. Bonstone Tiles work best with both upper and lower heat sources. Clean with mild detergent. For fine scratches & stains, Bonstone Carving Board or Tile surface can be lightly sanded with a fine grade sand paper. For heavy spills, pre-soak and use a mild abrasive cleaner or scrub pad. Store Bonstone Tiles on a flat, even surface. Restore Bonstone Tile shine and luster using a solid surface cleaner/polish. We recommend LPS-Food Grade Silicone Lubricant. Wipe Bonstone Tile dry after steam table use. If cleaned in commercial dishwasher and fading occurs; return color and gloss with Food Grade Silicone lubricant. Do not place Bonstone Tile in the oven or over flame.
