Belt Grinder “GrinderMaster” Variable Speed Chasses is designed for professional knives, other cutting tools and machines makers. We offer full range accessories for making knives, blades, scissors and other stuff for processing metal. The construction of the machine makes a good showing during Russian winters and in the Far North. This is an economy/basic set of original Grinder GM-1 without a motor and a base plate. Set of GM-BM-VS includes: A machine frame with the base for securing it on the working table in your workshop, strong aluminum arm for flat grinding module. Drive goes through three-speed pulley, the motor should be bought separately or you can use your own motor. Rollers of the grinder is made from airplane aluminum which is extremely safe and durable. You can adjust the position of the tape by adjusting roller on the handle of the machine. We use metric bearings of well-known brands FKL, SKF works well without any issues. The drive pulley and the pulley on the shaft works through the key and locking screws. You will never get injured if you follow the safe guideline for this machine. The set is very simple in maintenance and doesn’t require any special skills of an engineer and can be built at your workshop. You have to place additionally the motor and the pulley.
