Install the frothing whisk onto the bottom of the pitcher. Add an appropriate amount of milk into the pitcher no higher than the Max frothing level, cap on the lid. The milk frother is now in standby mode after connecting to a power source. 2. Press the Power Button to start frothing. Four Functions: ♨ 1st press and light glows red, frothing and heating densely textured foam. ♨ 2nd press and light glows red, frothing and heating fluffy foam. ♨ 3rd press and light glows red, heating (Functional for heating whisk). ♨ 4th press and light glows blue, frothing cold milk. Heating Milk Tips: 1. Install the heating whisk (remove the frothing whisk) onto the bottom of the pitcher. Bring the milk frother into standby mode. 2. Press the Power Button three times to start heating milk. The heating indicator will light up when heating and start flashing then turn off with three beep sound after the process is completed. Note: There will be a small amount of frothing once the milk is heated. Note: 1. Recommend to use whole milk (Fat content>3%) for better result. 2. Milk will warm up once frothed.
