This poly-v roller with a 1.9" diameter, 16 gage galvanized flo-coat steel with a carbon filled ABEC bearing is ideal for carrying heavy products. You can contact us at [email protected] We manufacture 1.9 OD - 2" OD - 2-1/4" OD - 2-1/2 OD - 2-9/16 OD and 3-1/2 OD Poly "V" end rollers using 7/16 and 11/16 hex bearings and axles. We offer as standard ZINC FLO-COAT 2-1/2 OD tubes, in addition to the other various finishes such as electroplated clear zinc, turned and polished chrome, and various types of urethane coatings. We also offer "ABEC-1 semi precision bearings", made of machined steel with tighter tolerances than non precision bearings - these include a ball retainer to keep balls separated, capable of higher load capacities and speeds. Our "ABEC-1 all steel precision bearings" are made of heat treated steel and ground to a micro finish with tight tolerances, offering high speed ratings and higher load capacities than semi precision bearings. These include ball separators and are recommended for noise sensitive applications. Our Between Frame (BF) widths are available in almost any length required, whatever the need.
