About TriStar DRS-1115-6 Sleeve Bearing
This TriStar red Rulon LR plain sleeve bearing supports high radial loads. It is made of Rulon LR polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite for resistance to chemicals, moisture, deformation, and high temperatures, and it operates well against most hardened steel shafts. The bearing has a maximum load value of 1,000 psi (pounds per square inch), a maximum velocity value of 400 sfpm (surface feet per minute), and a maximum pressure velocity (PV) value of 10,000. It operates over a temperature range of -400 to 550 degrees F (-240 to 288 degrees C). This sleeve bearing is for use in various applications such as automobiles, pumps, office machines, and home appliances, among others.Plain bearings provide low-friction sliding contact for relative motion between parts of a machine.
