The adhesive material leaves no residue and does not harm your skin, shoes, or floor. Each of the 30 numbered layers of the mat peels off easily to reveal a new clean surface. Remove the film on the back and place sticky side down, peel away the top sheet and step on the sheet to clean the bottoms of your shoes. Recommended for indoor use only. Extreme cold or extreme heat results in adhesive damage (when exposed to short-term cold, allow to warm to 32°F/0°C before using). Store horizontally to avoid film distortion.
