About Potato Dextrose Agar Powder 300 Grams
300 g of Potato Dextrose Agar for pouring PDA Petri dishes for the cultivation of mushrooms. 20 g Dextrose, 4 g potato infusion, 15 g Agar per Liter, combine 39 g of powder with 1 liter of water and sterilize at 15 psi for 20 minutes. Pour into approximately 40 100x15mm Petri dishes, allow to cool to set.
